The entry level BusinessAssist 2 service is aimed at the smaller company that can work from home should they have a disaster at their office. Crucially the service switches the business premises telephone number to your home or 2 homes of your choice.

Your telephone lines will also be switched to the telephone number of your choice.

BusinessAssist 5 is our standard product and recovers up to five people, to keep your business administration function running and the cash flowing. When you suffer from a denial of access to your office space, BusinessAssist provides a replacement serviced office. This office has internet connectivity, print and copy facilities**and, as with all BusinessAssist products is provided within next working day of the service being invoked (subject to activation).

Crucially, your main incoming telephone lines will be switched to either the emergency replacement office or to a telephone number of your choice. Within one working day, you will be communicating with customers and suppliers alike.
